Jugan’s journey with Kiddiecare began in 2009 as a parent volunteer when her daughter started nursery. What began as a few hours a week quickly grew into a deep passion for early years education. In 2013, Jugan took over the leadership of Kiddiecare and has since built it into the nurturing, high-quality setting it is today.With over 18 years of experience, Jugan is the driving force behind both Kiddiecare Kindergarten at Istead Rise and the beautiful new Daycare & Preschool at New Barn. Her hands-on approach, genuine care, and commitment to excellence are at the heart of everything Kiddiecare stands for

Harveen is the Deputy Manager and SENCO at Kiddiecare Kindergarten. With over 20 years of experience in early years education and a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies, she brings a wealth of knowledge, care, and dedication to her role.Harveen is passionate about supporting children’s learning through outdoor exploration, community walks, and celebrating cultural experiences. Her warm and engaging approach helps children develop confidence, independence, and curiosity in a nurturing environment. She loves being part of a supportive team where children arrive happy and smiling every day.

Madeline has been part of the Kiddiecare Kindergarten team since 2021. Starting as an apprentice, she has achieved her Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications and now works as a Senior Practitioner and Designated Safeguarding Lead.Madeline is passionate about creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence and enjoy learning through play. She enjoys planning creative activities, circle times, stories, songs, Makaton, and French. She finds it incredibly rewarding watching the children thrive each day.
