You can enrol by contacting us via phone or email, or by visiting our website and completing the online registration form. After submission, we'll arrange a visit or a meeting to finalise details.
Yes! We encourage visits before the start date. Please get in touch with us, and we'll arrange a time that works for you and your child so you can explore the environment together.
Once we confirm availability, we will send you a formal offer. To secure the place, please sign and return the form along with the registration fee by the given deadline.
When accepting the place, we ask for a copy of your child's birth certificate, any medical or allergy information, and proof of address. We will also provide you with a parent contract outlining fees, policies, and expectations
After your acceptance, we will arrange settling-in visits. These sessions, often scheduled before your child's start date, allow them to explore the setting gradually. A key person will work closely with you and your child to ensure a smooth transition.
At Kiddiecare, each child is assigned a dedicated key person when they start. Your key person will be a familiar face who supports your child's individual needs, builds a strong relationship, and works with you to ensure they feel happy, secure, and supported. Once enrolled, we will introduce you to your child's key person during the settling-in visits. If you ever have questions or concerns, your key person is your first point of contact.
At Kiddiecare, we use the Tapestry online learning journal to keep you fully connected to your child's day.
Through Tapestry, you will receive regular updates, including photos, observations, and insights into your child's learning and development. This allows you to see the experiences your child is enjoying and how they are progressing across the curriculum. We also use the platform to share important information such as nursery events, key dates, and developmental assessments. Parents can log in securely at any time, giving you a real-time window into your child's journey. We encourage parents to engage with Tapestry by adding their own observations from home, helping us build a complete picture of your child's development and strengthening the partnership between home and nursery.
We provide a range of enriching extra-curricular activities, including weekly yoga sessions, music and movement, sensory play, and nature walks. We also take children on regular trips, such as visits to Forest School and outings on our Adventure Bus. These activities are integrated into our curriculum to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Our team is experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs. We work closely with families, external specialists, and local agencies to create personalised support plans. If you have specific concerns or needs, please get in touch with us so we can discuss how we can best support your child's unique journey.
The safety and well-being of every child at Kiddiecare is our top priority. We have secure entrances, fully vetted staff, and a robust safeguarding policy. Additionally, we have CCTV in communal areas to monitor the premises. This helps us ensure a secure, supervised environment for all children, and we conduct regular safety reviews.
